Service Overview

Our neighborhood urgent care clinics provide high-quality care for minor injuries and illnesses when your primary care provider isn't available. Our urgent care team offers convenient care seven days a week – no appointment needed.

You can choose to get your healthcare in person or virtually via a video visit. On-site imaging and laboratory services are available to support faster diagnosis and treatment.

Common Problems We Treat at Urgent Care

  • Sprains and strains
  • Small cuts
  • Colds, flu, fever and headaches
  • Minor burns
  • Sore throat, cough and bronchitis
  • Mild to moderate upset stomach, vomiting or diarrhea
  • Mild allergies
  • Sinus, ear or eye infections
  • Rashes and small skin infections
  • Insect bites and minor animal bites

Important Notice

Our urgent care clinics are not hospital emergency departments.

Urgent care is for nonserious illnesses and injuries that can be treated safely without emergency equipment.

If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Examples of emergencies include: Chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke (face drooping, arm weakness, trouble speaking), heavy bleeding, seizures, major injuries, very bad allergic reactions and passing out.

Daily: 8 a.m.-6 p.m. (including Thanksgiving and Christmas)

O‘ahu Urgent Care

Our Oʻahu urgent care clinics are conveniently located in Honolulu, Kāhala, Kapolei, Mililani and Waikīkī. Recognized as Hawaiʻi’s Best Walk-in Clinic by readers of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, Straub Benioff's urgent care team is honored to care for our community.

Urgent Care Hours

  • Kāhala, Kapolei, Mililani, Ward Village: 10 a.m.-8 p.m., daily
  • Waikīkī: 8 a.m.-6 p.m., daily
  • Orthopedic Urgent Care (Kāhala): 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Tuesday-Thursday; Noon-8 p.m., Friday-Saturday

Kaua‘i Urgent Care

Located in Līhu‘e, Kauaʻi Urgent Care provides care for nonemergency illnesses and injuries when your doctor isn't available. Our team of board-certified physicians and experienced staff is here to help, treating conditions that are not life-threatening but need medical attention.

Urgent Care Hours

  • Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Saturday-Sunday: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

*Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Clinic closes at 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
