Maternity and Newborn Care
Welcoming a baby is a special time, and Wilcox Medical Center is here to support your family every step of the way. For generations, Kauaʻi families have trusted our Women and Infants’ Health team for compassionate care during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and newborn care.
Delivery and Recovery
Labor, delivery, and recovery take place in one comfortable suite. Our private labor suites feature a birthing bed, television, stereo, and a private bathroom with shower.
Each suite has the latest birthing equipment needed – even for high-risk situations – with a surgical suite nearby for cesarean birth.
To enrich your experience, you will have a labor nurse to care for you throughout labor and delivery.

Our primary care doctors, specialists and Women’s Center team offer screenings and services that can help find health concerns early, when they may be easier to treat. From mammograms and pregnancy ultrasounds to ultrasound-guided biopsies and more, we’re here to provide thoughtful, expert care close to home.
