Biography
Dr. Peggy Liao grew up in Taiwan until 15 years of age when she immigrated to the United States. She is fluent in Chinese. She is interested in treating all eye disorders in pediatric patients, including strabismus (misaligned eyes), amblyopia (lazy eye), refractive errors (near-sightedness, far-sightedness and astigmatism), tear duct blockage and others.
