Dr. Franklin Young's philosophy of care is multifaceted. He believes in being available to his patients and that all illnesses and injuries should be evaluated and treated in a timely manner. Every evaluation should be as thorough as possible, and the experience should be as pleasant as possible for the patient and their family. He and his staff maintain their skills in this progressive society by attending seminars and webinars and staying atop current literature in their field. Dr. Young also believes that the concerns of his patients and their families should always be addressed in a timely manner and that every attempt possible should be made to resolve their problems and concerns. He believes the patient history tells a story, and good communication between him and his patients also helps to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment. He tries to spend enough time in the office visit and after office hours to provide the best course of treatment possible for every patient.
