Pali Momi provides a full range of clinical laboratory and pathology services for the hospital and surrounding clinics.

Under the direction of board-certified pathologists, laboratory staff provide chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, coagulation, microbiology, blood-banking, serology, cytology and histology services. In addition, Pali Momi’s pathologists provide evaluation of surgical biopsies and cytology smears. The laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and is Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) certified.

Straub Benioff's clinical laboratories provide a full range of services for both inpatients and outpatients at its King Street location.

The satellite clinic labs at Pearlridge, Hawaiʻi Kai, Kailua, Kāneʻohe, Mililani and King Street provide basic lab services.

In addition, Straub Benioff's pathologists provide evaluation of surgical biopsies, cytology smears and autopsy slides. Wilcox Health lab services include a full-service clinical and pathology lab at Wilcox Medical Center, including a draw station at the main Kauaʻi Medical Clinic in Līhuʻe.

Under the direction of board-certified pathologists, laboratory staff provide chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, coagulation, microbiology, blood-banking, serology, cytology and histology services. In addition, Wilcox Medical Center’s pathologists provide evaluation of surgical biopsies and cytology smears. The laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and is Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) certified.

The hospital lab is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is on the ground floor of the hospital next to the emergency room. The Kauaʻi Medical Clinic draw station is available for blood draws and specimen drop off on the second floor of the main clinic.
